IndustrIAl Milling Machine FOR AR/VR Purpose

We designed an Industrial Milling Machine with the help of different CAD software like Fusion 360, Solidworks, etc., for creating an industrial factory scene in Unity that involves Augmented Reality for Manufacturing Operations.

Few Specifications-

• In the design, axes movements are driven by the servo motors to get a constant torque, and the spindle motors drive spindle speed with a gear system to get a variant speed and torque modes.

• We increased the number of axes because motors and the machine control device work depending on the job’s requirement. Different sensors were used to trace the axes' movement and control the axes movements. These sensors will send the signals to the controlling unit to stop or start the axes' movements.
