Designed a prototype model in SOLIDWORKS with a college teammate for a design competition named AAKRUTI which is a nationwide product design contest for engineering, design, and technology students in India run by Dassault Systèmes.
The product is completely based on farmers' benefits, we are designing a system that reduces the time and effort of the farmer with perfection in work.
To ensure the proper leveling we have used a tow kind of rear wheel which is attached with the leveler through hydraulic.
We have done the assembly of our design in such a way that when the tractor moves forward the cultivator which is attached to the tractor will cultivate the farmland. In order to assure proper and smooth cultivation of land, we have attached the springs and blades in each tine of the cultivator. Coming towards the leveler part so the leveler which we have designed is a semi-automatic single hydraulic leveler with adjustable tilling height and the whole system is controlled by an Electronic Control Unit. So we are using this technology because if there is up and down in the land then our system will detect it and then the signal will be sent to the ECU and after receiving the signals the hydraulic will adjust the leveler accordingly so that leveling ground can be leveled evenly.
