I work as an Odoo ERP Specialist, supporting businesses in setting up, optimizing, and using Odoo to streamline operations across sales, marketing, and customer management. My focus is on helping teams move away from manual processes and disconnected tools by implementing structured, automated, and data driven workflows inside Odoo.
I specialize in configuring Odoo CRM, Sales, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Design and Event Management modules to support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion. I help design sales pipelines, customize stages, apply lead tagging, and support follow up workflows that ensure no lead is missed.

I planned, coordinated, and supported the delivery of a client focused webinar using Odoo ERP’s event management and CRM tools. The session was designed to educate business owners on digital transformation and demonstrate how Odoo supports sales, marketing, and operational efficiency.
My role covered the full webinar workflow, including event setup, registration management, audience tracking, email communication, and CRM integration. I configured automated registration confirmations, follow up emails, and contact capture to ensure attendees were properly tracked inside the Odoo CRM.
I also supported post webinar engagement, managing attendee data, segmenting contacts based on interest, and coordinating follow up communication to support lead nurturing and sales conversations. Webinar performance was monitored through Odoo reports to assess registrations, attendance, and engagement.
