b. Building a classroom community

Mr. Charlie was the facilitator for this class. In this class we were invited to find out how to build a strong classroom for children. Strong here means to include comfort, safety, connection, value for the students. There are 4 requirements: honesty, open communication, inclusiveness, and mutual respect In this way, we can create a sense of safety and comfort for students.
