Since 2016, I have taught middle and high school theatre at various international schools in both India and Eastern Europe.
I am ever grateful for the existence of a job profile that didn't exist when I was a student at a school in Mumbai, decades ago.
I enjoy being able to offer young people theatrical tools towards the communication of their ideas.
Every year I work in schools, I learn new things both about my students and the magical, live, art form we both share.

My approach to teaching and learning is constructivist and project-based. I've taught the International Baccalaureate curriculum for many years and have taught and studied the IGCSE.
I tend to favour physical theatre and devised drama in my work with young people. My personal interests lie in political, documentary, experimental, movement-based and abstract theatrical styles that communicate meaning in inclusive, non-obfuscatory ways.
