Ayden Hector admits that one of the things he loves most about being a personal trainer and a fitness advocate is that he makes a difference in the lives of impressionable young individuals. He believes that the world will benefit if future generations are more conscious about their health and are healthier and fitter altogether. Although, this is easier said than done.
In today's world, children are surrounded by junk food and processed food. These kinds of food are not only affordable and oh-so-easy to access; they are, worst of all, presented in extremely appealing packages. Of course, it primarily falls on parents to make sure their children are served with well-balanced meals, have the best food available, and are provided with proper nutrition at all times.
Take, for instance, water. Not only is it healthy, but water is also probably the most important kind of food anyone, children included. Since children expend so much energy and lose so watch of their body water in the process, they probably need water more than adults.
Protein is next on Ayden Hector's must-eat food list for children. Whereas water ensures the survival of children, protein from meat, fish, eggs, etc. facilitates growth and repair of muscles.
In minimal amounts, carbohydrates and healthy fats are also great for children as these food types provide energy to help tide kids through their day.
