This space highlights my experiences as a collegiate athlete, coach, and professional with a strong foundation in performance development, leadership, and program operations. I currently serve as an Admissions Counselor at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, where I work closely with prospective students and families across Iowa, Wisconsin, and Missouri. This role has strengthened my ability to build relationships, manage complex processes, and communicate clearly in high-accountability environments—skills that directly translate to coaching and athletic program support.

I am a 2024 graduate of Luther College, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science with a minor in Applied Leadership Studies. During my time at Luther, I competed as a member of the football program and after medically retiring I served as a student coach, gaining hands-on experience in practice preparation, film breakdown, and supporting position coaches. In addition, I currently serve as an assistant women’s basketball coach, where I support player development, practice planning, recruiting efforts, and team logistics. Across my athletic, coaching, and professional experiences, I have developed a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-first mindset that guide my approach to coaching and leadership.
