Belief: I have a set of core values that are unchanging. I try to find people who share similar values as myself.
Developer: I am always trying to better myself. Therefore, I tend to try to get others to reach their full potential. If there are areas for improvement I will inform people in a positive way of how they can better themselves.
Harmony: I am a person who does not like conflict. I am more of a rational person who will listen to both sides before then trying to find a general consensus.
Responsibility: I make it a goal of mine to take ownership of every aspect of my life. I am responsible for everything that I say or do. Therefore, it is my responsibility to follow through with my actions.
Restorative: This goes along with 'Harmony'. I am a good problem solver who can logically and rationally come up with conclusions and solutions to problems that I have to deal with. I can identify the problem and quickly come up with possible solutions.
