3차 OSM(On-Site Mentoring) 안내

졸업 후 다양한 분야에서 활약하고 있는 선배들이 멘토가 되어, 해당 분야에 관심 있는 재학생과 만나 경험과 정보를 나누는 소규모 멘토링 모임이 진행됩니다.

이번 프로그램은 관심 분야별로 졸업생 멘토와 재학생이 편하게 이야기할 수 있는 기회로, 휴학생도 참여 가능합니다. 평소 관심 있었던 분야의 선배들을 만나 친해지고, 진로와 관련된 다양한 이야기를 나누는 소중한 기회가 될 것입니다.

멘토링 그룹은 각 멘토의 경험과 직무를 기준으로 구성되며, 한 멘토 당 재학생 5~8명 정도로 운영됩니다.

1차 만남 - 멘토 & 멘티 매칭 데이

• 일시: 11월 23일(일) 17:00 (ATC2025 네트워크 파티 바로 전)

• 내용: 멘토 소개 세션 후, 멘토별 그룹 배정
  
  

• 멘토링 그룹별로 이후 시간과 장소는 개별 조율됩니다.
  
  

- 3차 OSM에 참여를 원하는 재학생은 11월 23일 멘토 소개 세션에 반드시 참석해야 합니다. (멘토들과의 기념 사진 세션 포함)

- 멘티 신청이 많아 인원이 초과될 경우, 선착순 및 지망 순서에 따라 다른 유관 그룹으로 배정될 수 있습니다.

- 항상 고민되는 나의 진로, 이미 경험을 쌓은 선배들과의 밥약을 통해 나누고, 비슷한 고민을 하는 친구들과 이야기하며 해결의 실마리를 찾아보세요.

3rd OSM (On-Site Mentoring) Program

Graduates who are active in various fields will serve as mentors, meeting with current students interested in their areas to share experiences and information in small mentoring groups.

This program provides an opportunity for students, including those on leave, to have casual conversations with alumni in their field of interest. It is a valuable chance to meet seniors, exchange insights about careers, and connect with peers who share similar concerns.

Mentoring groups are organized based on each mentor’s experience and profession, with approximately 5–8 students per mentor.

1st Meeting - Mento & Mentee matching day 

• Date & Time: Sunday, November 23, 5:00 PM  (Just before the ATC2025 network party)
  
  

• Location: X514 Immersive Hall
  
  

• Details: Mentor introduction session followed by assignment to mentor-specific groups
  
  

• After the first meeting, each mentoring group will arrange subsequent meetings in terms of time and location individually.
  
  

- Students who wish to participate in the 3rd OSM must attend the mentor introduction session on November 23. (There will also be a commemorative photo session with the mentors.)

- If the number of mentee applications exceeds capacity, students may be reassigned to another related group based on a first-come-first-served and preference order.

- Take this opportunity to discuss your career concerns over a casual meal with experienced alumni and exchange ideas with peers facing similar challenges.

멘토링 참여 방법

1, 멘토단 3기 그룹 및 멘토 정보 에서 멘토링 그룹 정보 및 졸업생 멘토들이 소개한 자료를 확인합니다.

2, 선배 멘토들과 만남 신청하기 를 통해 1-3지망 희망 멘토링 그룹을 선택

3,  멘토링 그룹과 담당 멘토가 정해지면, 그룹별 멤버들의 연락처를 선배 멘토들에게 전달되며, 그룹별 멘토들의 주도로 다 같이 논의하여 시간과 장소를 정해 식사하고 이야기를 합니다.

How to Participate in Mentoring

1. Check the mentoring group information and materials introduced by alumni mentors in the 3nd Mentor Group and Mentor Information.

2. Select your 1-3 desired mentoring groups through Apply to meet with senior mentors

3. Once the mentoring group and the mentor in charge are decided, the contact information of each group member will be sent to the senior mentors, and the mentors of each group will discuss together and decide on a time and place to have a meal and talk.
