제4차 OSM(On-Site Mentoring) 안내

졸업 후 다양한 분야에서 활약하고 있는 아텍 선배들이 멘토가 되어, 해당 분야에 관심 있는 재학생들과 만나 자신의 경험과 정보를 나누는 소규모 멘토링 모임을 진행합니다.

이번 프로그램은 평소 관심 있었던 분야에서 활동하고 있는 선배들을 직접 만나 친해지고, 현업에 대한 이야기와 진로에 대한 고민을 편하게 나눌 수 있는 자리입니다. 휴학생도 참여할 수 있으니, 관심 있는 학생들의 많은 참여 바랍니다.

멘토링 그룹은 각 멘토의 경험과 직무를 바탕으로 구성되며, 멘토 1명당 재학생 5~8명 정도의 소규모 그룹으로 운영됩니다.

1차 만남 – 멘토 & 멘티 매칭 데이

• 일시: 11월 29일(일) 16:00
  ※ ATC 2026 네트워크 파티 바로 전에 진행되며, ATC 진행 상황에 따라 시작 시간이 일부 변경될 수 있습니다.

• 장소: X514 Immersive Hall

• 내용: 멘토 소개 및 멘토링 그룹 배정

2차 만남 – 멘토 그룹별 개별 만남

• 멘토링 그룹이 확정된 후, 각 그룹에서 멘토와 멘티가 직접 연락하여 만남의 시간과 장소를 자유롭게 조율합니다.

참고사항

• 4차 OSM에 참여하고 싶은 재학생은 11월 29일 멘토 소개 세션(1차 만남 – 멘토 & 멘티 매칭 데이)에 반드시 참석​해야 합니다. 이날 멘토와 멘티가 함께하는 기념사진 촬영도 진행됩니다.

• 멘티 신청자가 많아 정원을 초과할 경우, 신청 순서와 희망 분야를 고려하여 다른 유관 그룹으로 배정될 수 있습니다.

• 휴학생도 참여 가능합니다.

4th OSM (On-Site Mentoring) Program

In the 4th OSM (On-Site Mentoring) Program, alumni who are currently working in various fields will serve as mentors and meet with current students who are interested in their fields to share their experiences, insights, and career advice through small-group mentoring sessions.

This program provides an opportunity for students to meet alumni working in fields they are interested in, build connections, and have informal conversations about careers and professional experiences. Students on leave of absence are also welcome to participate.

Mentoring groups will be organized based on each mentor’s professional experience and area of expertise, with approximately 5–8 current students per mentor.

1st Meeting – Mentor & Mentee Matching Day

• Date & Time: Sunday, November 29, 4:00 PM
  (The event will take place immediately before the ATC 2026 Network Party. The start time may be adjusted slightly depending on the ATC schedule.)

• Location: X514 Immersive Hall

• Program: Mentor introduction session followed by group assignment

2nd Meeting – Group Mentoring Session

• After the mentoring groups are finalized, each group will arrange the date, time, and location of their mentoring session directly with their mentor.

Important Information

• Students who wish to participate in the 4th OSM must attend the Mentor Introduction Session on November 29 (1st Meeting – Mentor & Mentee Matching Day). A group photo session with the mentors will also take place on this day.

• If the number of applicants exceeds the available spots, students may be assigned to another related mentoring group based on application order and their stated preferences.

• Have you been wondering about your future career? Take this opportunity to grab a meal with alumni who have already entered the field you are interested in, share your thoughts and concerns with them and with peers facing similar questions, and perhaps find some new ideas or inspiration for your next step.

멘토링 참여 방법

1, 멘토단 4기 그룹 및 멘토 정보 에서 멘토링 그룹 정보 및 졸업생 멘토들이 소개한 자료를 확인합니다.

2, 선배 멘토들과 만남 신청하기 를 통해 1-3지망 희망 멘토링 그룹을 선택

3,  멘토링 그룹과 담당 멘토가 정해지면, 그룹별 멤버들의 연락처를 선배 멘토들에게 전달되며, 그룹별 멘토들의 주도로 다 같이 논의하여 시간과 장소를 정해 식사하고 이야기를 합니다.

How to Participate in Mentoring

1. Check the mentoring group information and materials introduced by alumni mentors in the 4th Mentor Group and Mentor Information.

2. Select your 1-3 desired mentoring groups through Apply to meet with senior mentors

3. Once the mentoring group and the mentor in charge are decided, the contact information of each group member will be sent to the senior mentors, and the mentors of each group will discuss together and decide on a time and place to have a meal and talk.
