During the AWPT 2024 conference, complimentary shuttle bus transportation will be provided from Zhong Ke Hotel to the conference venue at National Chung Hsing University.

Accommodation Booking

For stays from December 4th to December 8th, AWPT 2024 has secured a special discount at Zhong Ke Hotel. To take advantage of this rate, please complete the booking request form (click this link) provided. Once your request is submitted, the AWPT 2024 organizers will confirm your reservation with the hotel, and the conference secretary will follow up via email. This email will include a payment link to complete the transaction online via credit card. After payment is received, the hotel will send a booking confirmation letter to you.

Hotel Notes

Starting April 7, 2024, the hotel will comply with Environmental Protection Agency regulations, offering only wall-mounted shampoo and shower gel dispensers, bath towels, and complimentary beverages/mineral water in guest rooms.

Please Note: Disposable items, such as soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, razors, shower caps, combs, cotton swabs, tea bags, coffee packets, and non-woven slippers, will not be provided in rooms. These amenities are available upon request at the service center on the 1st floor.
