⚠️ Author Registration Requirements

• 1. At least one author per accepted paper must register at the Author Registration Rate.

  2. Author registration includes submission within the page limits specified in the call for papers (additional charges may apply for extra pages).

  3. Reduced rates (e.g., for students or IEEE Life Members) do not apply to authors.

  4. At least one author must attend the conference in person to present the paper.
     Papers without an attending and presenting author will be removed from the proceedings and from consideration for any journal special issues.

👥 Other Attendees

• Co-authors and non-author participants are welcome to register.

• Non-author participants are eligible for discounted rates, including student and IEEE Life Member discounts.

🛎️ Workshops Registration

• Three preconference workshops will be held on August 11–13, 2025.

• Workshop attendance requires separate registration payment.

💰 Registration Rates and Inclusions

• The registration fee includes:

  • Welcome Reception

  • Three Lunches

  • Banquet Dinner

  • Conference T-shirt

  • USB Flash Drive with proceedings

  • All advance registration materials (e.g., printed receipts) will be available at the on-site registration desk.

  • Workshop fees are the same as the main conference.

  • Second paper from the same author receives a 20% discount.

  • Exchange Rate: USD to TWD conversion uses a fixed rate of 1:30.
