On-site Presentations
Please note that no local computers will be provided in any meeting rooms, so participants are required to bring their own laptops. We will only provide projectors and adapters. This applies to all keynote sessions, innovation forums, workshops, oral presentations, grand-challenge sessions, and tutorials. For workshops, specific instructions will be sent by the workshop organizers. If you have any questions, please contact them directly. Each session will have a Session Chair and volunteers to coordinate the session. Before the session starts, please inform the Session Chair or volunteers that you are present.
If you are an author delivering a presentation on-site, you should:
Each presenter will have 12 minutes for their presentation, followed by 3 minutes for Q&A. Please adhere strictly to the time limits.
To ensure a smooth presentation, please contact the session volunteers at least 15 minutes prior to your session to verify that your presentation file has been uploaded and is functioning correctly.
If you plan to use your own laptop for the presentation, please test the setup in advance and inform the session volunteers.
Ensure your laptop has an HDMI/VGA port.
No show policy: If a presenter does not show up for their scheduled presentation without prior notice, their paper may be excluded from the conference proceedings.
Virtual Presentations:
We only accept remote presentations when the authors cannot participate in AVSS in person due to uncontrollable circumstances.
For remote Presenters, please note that both the presentation and Q&A will be live.
We will send out the link to the presenter later.
