January-December Tuition:

Toddler/Pre School Programs- $50 per day (8am-3pm)

Before/Afterschool Programs for AVMS students- $10 per day (7-8am and 3-5:30pm)

Elementary Age Students- $15 per day  (3-5:30pm)

**Part time spaces are a minimum of two days a week. For example M,W,F or T/T**

Payment:

We are accepting e-transfers as our payment method. 

Option 1: Payment in full for a 12 month period.

Option 2: Monthly payments. All payments due by the 21st of every month. 

Application fees are due within one week of your seat being offered. 

At AVMS you pay for your child's spot in the program, not the days you are present. Refunds are not able to be given for sick days, appointments, etc. 

Overdue Fees

Fees overdue by 7 days will result in your child losing their spot in our program.

School Supply Fee: 

Each student must pay a school supply fee of $100 per school year. This fee will be paid every November 1st and May 1st. The fee covers all materials your student will use during their school year. Occasionally we will require field trip fees at an additional cost.  (If you need help with this fee let us know)

Commitment to our program:

Upon enrolling your child you will sign a document agreeing to be full time or part time. Should you wish to change your child's part time status to full time you may at anytime by signing a new agreement document and paying the difference in fees for that month. (Should we have available spaces to offer your family) 

Should you wish to become part time instead of full time we need one month's notice, to fill their space. 

If you wish to leave our program we require one months notice, in order to provide us time to fill your child's space. 

Lunch/Snacks:

Children are provided with a healthy lunch and two snacks daily. We are required to follow the Canada food guide. This will include four food groups for our lunch menu and at least two food groups at snack time. Dietary needs and allergies will be taken into account when creating our menus. Our menu will be provided to families once a month. 

Regular Hours 

Hours of Operation:

School starts at 8:30am until 2:30pm daily Monday to Friday. Children can be dropped off starting at 7am and picked up by 5:30pm.

After School Care: 

Will start at 3pm. Upon enrolling your child you will be asked what times you require for before and afternoon care. This is to ensure we have the appropriate number of staff to cover our students care. 

Holidays & Storm days:

Our school will follow the same calendar as the Public system in regards to Holidays and breaks. (Open in the summer)

AVMS will also follow the same recommendations for storm days.

Payments made for snow days/storm closures are not refundable or transferable at this time. 

AVMS Closures: 

• Spring Break (March 10th-14th)

• October 28th-Professional Development Day 

• Summer Break (June 30th-July 4th) 

• Holiday Break (December 23rd-Dec 31st)

2025 School Year: 

Spots will be available for 18months to 5 years old. 

Enrollment & Admin Application Fees:

Families are asked to fill out an application form once you are accepted into a program. 

Students will pay a non refundable application fee of $100 when they apply. This fee must be paid within seven days of being offered a spot. 

Waitlist:

At the moment we are accepting children of all ages for our waitlists. Please send your child's name and birthday to be added to the waitlist.
