Hilton Honors is a guest-loyalty program offering members benefits like flexible payment options, exclusive discounts, and free Wi-Fi. Direct bookings through preferred channels provide instant perks, including access to the Hilton Honors mobile app for check-in, room selection, and Digital Key use.
Hilton Honors allows us to communicate directly with guests to drive loyalty and return stays. These new Members represent higher-valued future direct business for your properties. And we know that more than 50% of non-Member guests will enroll in Hilton Honors if asked.
For the entire year, any guest who enrolls in Hilton Honors on property will get 500 points automatically added to their account.
All members have access to the Hilton Honors Discount, the ability to earn points for their stay and are able to use the digital key on the Hilton Honors App.
Only SILVER, GOLD, DIAMOND receive 2 bottles of water, they should already be in the room.
Only GOLD, DIAMOND have the Myway options, of either 750 bonus points, or a $10 Food/Beverage Credit per person, up to a maximum of 2 people, ie a maximum of $20 per day. This is available at the bar/restaurant, breakfast and the giftshop. Always ask their preference at check in. Note this is not for alcoholic beverages.
Diamond members receive access to diamond parking. It is marked in the front parking lot and the back parking lot.
Diamond members do get the premium internet for free, BUT they have to sign in using their HHONORS number.

Compensate hotels at a competitive rate on high occupancy nights when reward guests might be displacing paid guests
Pay hotels a nominal amount on low occupancy nights to cover the marginal cost per occupied room
Fairly distribute remaining funds to hotels that are lower occupancy and have a larger number of reward stays

Every month, the hotel sets an HH enrollment goal of 11%. When we hit this goal, the hotel earns $100, which is distributed among the top-performing front desk agents based on the number of new HH members they enrolled. This means your efforts to enroll guests can directly put money in your pocket, rewarding your hard work and enthusiasm.
