The AVID Site Team Quarters at a Glance is a year-long roadmap for AVID Site Teams to strengthen rigorous, developmentally appropriate instruction, student agency, and opportunity knowledge. Each quarter identifies high-leverage actions that build consistent routines, coherent learning environments, and intentional opportunities for students to practice and demonstrate the AVID Essential Skills. As teams implement these actions and review evidence, they make steady progress toward expectations in the Elementary or Secondary Implementation Tool.
