25/05/2012: Aer Lingus (U.K.) Limited established as a UK airline, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aer Lingus

20/10/2021: Operations commenced to Barbados, and susequently to the USA

08/01/2026: Aer Lingus announced they would close its Manchester base at the end of March 2026, ending all Aer Lingus UK operations.

31/03/2026: Aer Lingus (U.K.) Limited ceased operations.
