Mission Statement

Oregon Softball Association is dedicated to developing competitive, well-rounded female athletes who take pride in representing their school and community. Rooted in OCUSD #220, our program fosters a player-centered environment where athletes can learn, grow, and enjoy the game of fastpitch softball. We emphasize skill development, sportsmanship, and personal growth while encouraging players to balance their athletic goals with other interests and responsibilities. Through this approach, our athletes gain valuable life lessons in teamwork, perseverance, commitment, loyalty, self-discipline, responsibility, competition, and fair play. As our program evolves, we remain grounded in the belief that true success comes not only from strong softball fundamentals but also from shaping confident, respectful individuals who lead with integrity both on and off the field.
