Spring Meltdown Teams

Check - in: Teams will need to check in at registration table at least 30 minutes

before first game with:

     1. 2 Game Balls (12U, 14U, 16U and 18U 12-Inches and 10U 11 inches) - Thanks!

     2. Certificate of insurance (if PDF/JPG not yet emailed to: oregonavalanchesball@gmail.com)

     3. Player birth certificates (available if requested)

Concessions: We have a limited concession stand.

Rain out policy:

a. If no games are played - full refund less $50 administration fee

b. 1 game is played - $100 returned

c. 2 or more games are played - no refund (game is considered played

as soon as it is started)
