Follow your preferred GPS map or make your way to Red Deer, AB
Head west on hwy 11 for approximately 30km
Turn south (left) on 48 Street / Range Road 25A
Turn west (right) on 50th Ave

Accommodations
This is a camping event. There are no cabins available on site.
Closest hotels can be found 15 minutes away in Sylvan Lake, or 25 minutes away in Red Deer.
Restaurants / Grocery
There is a small convenience store across the street from the event site. Their advertised hours are 9:30am - 7:00pm (closed at 5:00pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays). Most big box grocery stores and a wide selection of restaurants can be found 15 minutes away in Sylvan Lake or 25 minutes away in Red Deer.
Site Accessibility
Event site grounds are mostly grass with some gravel. The ground is relatively flat, but be aware there may be gopher holes.

We wish all attending to have a safe and enjoyable event with as few barriers to participation as possible.
Site Amenities
Water on site is potable, however, we recommend you bring sufficient drinking water for your camp.
There are flush toilets near gate and portable biffies will be placed around site.
Site Rules
This is a discretely wet site. Legal consumption age in Alberta is 18+.
Please keep your alcoholic beverages in period looking containers.
No distribution or sales of alcohol allowed anywhere on site, including the parking lot.
Smoking (including cannabis products) is prohibited outside of designated smoking areas. This includes within encampments.
There are individuals attending who are severely allergic, and smoke does not notice camp boundaries.
Vehicles are allowed on site. Please be aware of pedestrians and move your vehicle to the parking lot as soon as possible.
Campfires allowed in off-ground braziers only. Please ensure you have sufficient fire suppression nearby at all times.
This is pending any local fire restrictions in effect as of the start of the event.
All pets must be leashed and leash must be in hand or secured at all times.
Pets must be provided with sufficient water and shelter from the elements (sun, heat, cold, etc) at all times.
No pets allowed in any site building, including the flush bathrooms.
THE SCA PROHIBITS HARASSMENT AND BULLYING OF ALL INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS.
Participants engaging in this behavior are subject to appropriate sanctions.
If you are subjected to harassment, bullying or retaliation, or if you become aware of anyone being harassed or bullied, contact a seneschal, President of the SCA, or your Kingdom’s Board Ombudsman.
