Saturday 

• 12:00pm - From the Skin Out - Landsknecht
  Instructor: Magnifico Bjar the Blue

• 1:00pm - Let's Learn Viking Knit (Trichinopoly)!
  Instructor: Drífa at lækjamoti
  Cost: $5 / Max Students: 6
  A hands-on introduction to Trichinopoly, sometimes called wire weaving, wire knitting, or Viking Knit. This technique produces beautiful chains documented to multiple ages and cultures, useful for necklaces, adorning clothing, and for practical use. Students will learn how to start, loop, add additional wires, and finishing options.
  Students who stay for the full 2 hours should be able to finish a length of chain suitable for a bracelet. Students who come for the first hour will be introduced to the technique, but will complete their projects after class.

  Instructor: Drífa at lækjamoti
  Cost: $2
  Often referred to as “Viking Whipcord” it makes an attractive cord for drawstrings, trim, etc. This is a drop-in class; come at any time throughout the class to participate.

• 11:00am - THoT Talk: House Rules - It's Never Just the TIP
  Instructor: Maestro Tommaso Tiepolo
  Step into an immersive TED talk–style session with Maestro Tommaso Tiepolo, where refined technique meets a carefully honed philosophy of movement. *The House of Tiepolo Rules: More Than Just The Tip* explores how every gesture—every deliberate step, every measured breath—plays a vital role in expressing intent and mastery. Drawing on time-tested principles of rapier fencing and mindful practice, Tommaso’s session will show you that true expression comes from the full continuum of movement—from the preparation to the decisive follow-through and more importantly taking steps towards becoming comfortable in your own body. Bring your SCA Weapon of Choice.

• 3:00pm - The Skjoldehamn Hood
  Learn to make your own Viking hood, which can be hand-stitched or machine-stitched, or a combination of both. This versatile accessory can be made from less than a meter of 56" wide wool, linen, or fabric of your choice. Some pre-cut pieces of wool or wool blends will be available for purchase at $5 each, so you could go home from the event with a hand-stitched Viking hood. No cost for handout.

  Instructor: Maestro Tommaso Tiepolo
  Flirting is a beloved tradition within the SCA, bringing joy, playfulness, and social connection. But understanding boundaries and consent is essential to ensure that interactions remain fun and respectful. In this engaging and interactive session, we'll explore the art of flirtation while reinforcing consent as a foundation for positive connections.
  Through "hands-on" exercises, demonstrations, and lively discussion, participants will learn
  - The difference between playful flirtation and intent-driven interactions
  - How to recognize and practice soft and enthusiastic consent
  - Techniques for graceful rejection and respectful boundary setting
  - The nuances of verbal and non-verbal communication in flirtation
  - The tradition of hand-kissing and other SCA-specific interactions
  This class is designed for everyone, whether you're new to the SCA's flirtation culture or looking to refine your approach to consent in social interactions. Come ready to engage, have fun, and build confidence in creating comfortable and mutually enjoyable connections!
