Este documento establece los términos y condiciones bajo los cuales puede usar el servicio que rige todas las reservas realizadas a través de nuestros servicios de la plataforma Investigación y Desarrollo Humano Sinesis A.C., ya sea a través de nuestro sitio web, del sitio web móvil o de nuestra aplicación móvil.
La página, la aplicación y los Servicios componen una Plataforma por internet a través de la cual los Afiliados pueden obtener información sobre los Servicios y/o productos brindados por Investigación y Desarrollo Humano Sinesis A.C y reservarlos directamente. Usted acepta y conviene que Investigación y Desarrollo Humano Sinesis A.C no es parte de ningún acuerdo firmado entre los proveedores de servicios y los Afiliados. Investigación y Desarrollo Humano Sinesis A.C no tiene control sobre la conducta de nuestros los Afiliados y otros usuarios de la página, la aplicación o los servicios, y rechaza toda responsabilidad a este respecto en la medida máxima permitida por ley.
En cumplimiento con lo establecido por la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares, Investigación y Desarrollo Humano Sinesis A.C. (en adelante “Auxilio Exprés”), como Responsable de sus Datos Personales hacen de su conocimiento la política de privacidad y manejo de datos personales, en la que en todo momento buscarán que el tratamiento de los mismos sea legítimo, controlado e informado, a efecto de asegurar la privacidad, confidencialidad, integridad y el derecho a la autodeterminación informativa de sus datos.
Los datos recopilados son solo para concretar la realización de transacciones en el sitio web y poder dirigirse mejor al usuario (Afiliado), conocer sus preferencias y brindar un mejor servicio e informar de cambios en el estado de sus transacciones para proveer atención personalizada y de calidad.
Los datos que Auxilio Exprés resguarda solo para el uso anteriormente especificado son:
– Nombre Completo
– Dirección
– Correo electrónico
– Número telefónico
Auxilio Exprés ofrece sitio web, del sitio web móvil o de nuestra aplicación móvil para sistemas de seguridad así como el producto de Auxilio Exprés es un Sistema que Proporciona un servicio de Alarma vecinal. El servicio incluye este sitio web, del sitio web móvil o de nuestra aplicación móvil y las correspondientes notificaciones telefónicas y por correo electrónico. Al ingresar, navegar o usar los servicios o descargar cualquier contenido de los servicios, usted reconoce que ha leído, acordado y aceptado los términos y condiciones de la plataforma www.B-Exper.com. Si usted no acepta estos términos, no podrá entrar, navegar, contratar y/o usar los servicios. Podemos revisar estos términos y condiciones en cualquier momento actualizando esta publicación. Usted deberá visitar nuestra página de www.B-Exper.com para revisar nuestros términos y condiciones. Si usted viola alguno de estos términos y condiciones, su permiso para usar el servicio terminará automáticamente.
Requisitos y cuenta del usuario:
Como requisito principal es contar con equipo celular Smartphone (android o ios) con versiones 4.1 hacia adelante para poder descargar la aplicación que es desde donde se manipula la Auxilio Exprés para enviar alerta de emergencia.
Auxilio Exprés se conecta a una red wifi, y mientras tengas internet por wifi o tus datos móviles está podrá funcionar.
El Servicio no está disponible para el uso de personas menores de 18 años. Usted no podrá autorizar a terceros a utilizar su Cuenta, asimismo no podrá permitir a personas menores de 18 años que reciban servicios de Auxilio Exprés. No podrá ceder o transferir de otro modo su Cuenta a cualquier otra persona o entidad. Usted acuerda cumplir con todas las leyes aplicables al utilizar los Servicios y solo podrá utilizar los Servicios con fines legítimos (p. ej., no para el transporte de materiales ilegales o peligrosos). En el uso de los Servicios, no causará estorbos, molestias, incomodidades o daños a la propiedad, tanto al Tercero como a cualquier otra parte. En algunos casos, se le podrá requerir que facilite un documento de identidad para el acceso o uso de los Servicios, y usted acepta que se le podrá denegar el acceso o uso de los Servicios si se niega a facilitar el documento de identidad.
En todo momento, el Afiliado es el responsable único y final de mantener en secreto el número de sus cuentas, contraseñas personales, claves de acceso y números confidenciales con los cuales tenga acceso a los Servicios y Contenidos de la plataforma www.B-Exper.com , así como a las páginas de terceros.
Derechos de Propiedad:
Todos los logotipos, marcas, nombres comerciales utilizados en este sitio, están debidamente registrados o en proceso de registro ante el INSTITUTO MEXICANO DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL (IMPI). Por lo tanto, no se permite el uso, reproducción, copia o manipulación de dichas marcas o logotipos sin el consentimiento previo del propietario.
Todas las imágenes, formatos, contenidos, redacciones y textos que forman parte del contenido de esta página son propiedad de www.B-Exper.com.
Queda prohibido el uso de los formatos transmisión, de cualquier elemento gráfico del contenido, ya sea para su venta, distribución o re-publicación.
Auxilio Exprés se deslinda de cualquier responsabilidad sobre precios, contenidos y pedidos realizados en sitios web ajenos a www.B-Exper.com. Auxilio Exprés no utiliza distribuidores para vender u ofrecer sus servicios, cualquier operación realizada fuera de estos términos es responsabilidad exclusiva del comprador.
Todos los elementos y derechos de propiedad intelectual propiedad de www.B-Exper.com incluyendo sus marcas, nombres comerciales, licencias, diseños industriales, patentes, signos distintivos, modelos de utilidad, entre otros; se encuentran protegidos por la legislación aplicable en materia de propiedad intelectual y por los tratados internacionales y leyes aplicables en materia de derechos de autor. Por lo anterior, el usuario renuncia expresamente en este acto a intentar cualquier acción, demanda o reclamación en contra de www.B-Exper.com y Auxilio Exprés por cualquier o eventual violación de cualquier derecho de autor o propiedad intelectual derivado de la información, programas, aplicaciones, software, ideas y demás material que el propio usuario proporcione.
Alcance del uso:
www.B-Exper.com le otorga un usuario y contraseña para tener acceso y hacer uso personal, no comercial de los servicios, pero no para descargar partes de estos (a excepción de las imágenes capturadas) sin el consentimiento expreso por escrito. Esta aplicación no incluye: reventa o uso comercial de los servicios, los contenidos de los servicios; la recolección o uso de precios, descripciones, listados de productos; ningún uso derivado de los servicios, contenido de los servicios; descargas o copia y contenidos de estos servicios, para beneficio de otra persona o entidad. No se pueden reproducir, duplicar, copiar, vender, revender, visitar o explotar con propósitos comerciales sin el consentimiento expreso por escrito de www.B-Exper.com. No se permite enmarcar o utilizar técnicas de enmarcado para incluir logotipos, marcas comerciales ni otra información registrada (incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a: imágenes, texto, distribución o formato de página) de www.B-Exper.com o sus afiliados, vendedores, contratistas, agentes o proveedores de contenido sin el consentimiento expreso por escrito de B-Exper. Usted no puede usar ninguna metaetiqueta ni ningún otro "texto oculto" al utilizar B-Exper o alguno de sus nombres o marcas comerciales afiliados sin el consentimiento expreso por escrito de B-Exper. Todo uso no autorizado o mal uso de lo autorizado dará por terminada la licencia limitada otorgada por B-Exper. Además, se le puede revocar su usuario y contraseña limitada en cualquier momento y bajo su única y absoluta discreción.
Así mismo, se requiere de mínimo un grupo de 5 vecinos de la misma calle para poder contratar Auxilio Exprés. Si no estan los 5, se tendrá que dejar la solicitud en espera hasta lograr obtener lo requerido para que pueda ser generada la orden de trabajo e instalación. Así mismo, para la instalación que es considerada dentro del donativo voluntariado, se tiene que considerar estos puntos:
La instalación esta deberá ser a una altura no mayor 4.00 metros.
Cable que incluye la instalación es de 10 metros, si fuera necesario mas cable del mencionado se revisará para negociarlo.
Tener internet en la casa que se realizará la instalación.
Renuncia:
Los Servicios se proporcionan “tal cual” y “como disponibles”. Auxilio Exprés renuncia a toda declaración y garantía, expresa, implícita o estatutaria, no expresamente establecida en estas condiciones, incluidas las garantías implícitas de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para fin particular y no violación. Además, Auxilio Exprés no hace declaración ni presta garantía alguna relativa a la fiabilidad, puntualidad, calidad, idoneidad o disponibilidad de los servicios o cualquiera de los servicios o bienes solicitados a través del uso de los servicios, o que los servicios no serán interrumpidos o estarán libres de errores. Auxilio Exprés no garantiza la calidad, idoneidad, seguridad o habilidad de los terceros proveedores. Usted acuerda que todo riesgo derivado de su uso de los servicios y cualquier servicio o bien solicitado en relación con aquellos será únicamente suyo, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable.
Modificaciones:
Auxilio Exprés se reserva el derecho de buscar todas las soluciones disponibles por la ley en caso de violaciones de estos Términos y Condiciones, incluyendo el derecho de bloquear el acceso al Servicio desde un número telefónico o una dirección de Internet en particular. www.B-Exper.com puede dar por finalizado este Acuerdo o su acceso a la plataforma y cualquier Servicio que esté dentro, por cualquier motivo o sin motivo alguno.
Calidad de los servicios y contenidos:
Nuestro Afiliado reconoce y acepta que la plataforma de los Servicios www.B-Exper.com podrían estar fuera de servicio en cualquier momento y por cualquier motivo (p. ej., debido a un mantenimiento programado o fallo de red). Además, la plataforma de los Servicios Auxilio Exprés pueden estar sujetos a limitaciones, retrasos u otros problemas inherentes al uso de Internet y la comunicación electrónica, y la plataforma de los Servicios www.B-Exper.com no se hace responsable de ninguna demora, fallos de entrega u otros daños, responsabilidades o pérdidas resultantes de dichos problemas.
Seguridad:
Usted es responsable de preservar la confidencialidad de su Contraseña y su Nombre de Usuario, y también de todos los usos de su Contraseña, Nombre de Usuario y el resto de los cargos relacionados con o sin autorización suya. Es una herramienta de alerta en casos de emergencia, úsala con responsabilidad y respeto por la tranquilidad de tus cercanos.
Contenido:
El contenido al que se tenga acceso por medio del Servicio pretende ser un recurso de información general para los servicios cubiertos, pero se proporcionan sólo en condición de "TAL COMO SE PROPORCIONAN" y "SEGÚN COMO SE DISPONE" tal como se indica aquí. Lo invitamos a confirmar la información contenida aquí con otras fuentes. www.B-Exper.com no se dedica a dar consejería ni servicios médicos, de inversiones, financieros, impuestos, contables, legales ni de ingeniería u otro tipo. Si desea dichos servicios o consejos, deberá consultar a un profesional. Usted no interpretará la publicación de este contenido www.B-Exper.com, como la aceptación de www.B-Exper.com de los puntos de vista expresados aquí ni como garantía ni aval de ninguno de estos puntos de vista, opiniones o recomendaciones.
Términos de la afiliación por la Plataforma:
El tiempo mínimo de la afiliación es de 12 meses, contando la vigencia a partir del día de instalación de Auxilio Exprés. Toda afiliación realizada a Auxilio Exprés a través de la página de www.B-Exper.com podría estar sujeto a confirmación del Afiliado para realizar la donación voluntaria. Una vez que el Afiliado completa su afiliación, Auxilio Exprés verificará que sea una transacción 100% confiable y se establecerá la fecha y horario de entrega e instalación. Realizando la compra del servicio no podrá transferirse de fecha, en caso de suspensión del servicio, por cualquier causa ajena a Auxilio Exprés, deberá indemnizar a Auxilio Exprés por los gastos comprobables hasta por un 100% del costo total de la operación.
En caso de que Auxilio Exprés se encuentre imposibilitado para prestar el servicio por caso fortuito o fuerza mayor, como incendio, temblor u otros acontecimientos de la naturaleza o hechos del hombre ajenos a la voluntad de Auxilio Exprés, no se incurrirá en incumplimiento, por lo que no habrá pena convencional en dichos supuestos, debiendo únicamente Auxilio Exprés reintegrar al Afiliado la donación recibida del servicio que le hubiera entregado.
Adicionalmente, si usted accede a los Servicios utilizando Aplicaciones desarrolladas para dispositivos móviles con sistema iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows, respectivamente. Estos terceros beneficiarios no son parte de este contrato y no son responsables de la prestación o apoyo de los Servicios de ninguna manera. Su acceso a los Servicios utilizando estos dispositivos se sujeta a las condiciones establecidas en las condiciones de servicio de terceros beneficiarios aplicables.
Entrega de Servicios:
Esto podría variar de acuerdo a la ubicación de entrega, disponibilidad y características del producto. La cobertura se limita de acuerdo a la geolocalización de nuestros Afiliados.
El usuario acepta que el uso del sitio www.B-Exper.com. se realiza bajo su propio riesgo y que los servicios que se prestan y se ofrecen se prevén sobre una base “tal cual se muestran” y “según estén disponibles”. Por lo anterior, al Afiliado no se le garantiza que los servicios de Auxilio Exprés satisfagan los requerimientos del Afiliado, o que los servicios se mantengan siempre ininterrumpidos. No obstante lo anterior, Auxilio Exprés tratará de satisfacer los requerimientos y demandas de los Afiliados al máximo de sus posibilidades.
Cualquier uso de los servicio adquirido en nuestro sitio es responsabilidad completa del Afiliado, Auxilio Exprés no acepta ninguna relación y/o responsabilidad que se derive del uso de los servicios adquiridos en nuestro portal de internet www.B-Exper.com.
Donativo:
La donación Voluntaria de Auxilio Exprés se encuentran disponibles para su aceptación por parte del Afiliado en nuestra Plataforma www.B-Exper.com y estos están sujetos a cambios. www.B-Exper.com se reserva el derecho a cambiar cualquiera de los términos de la donación voluntaria de Auxilio Exprés.
Auxilio Exprés cuenta con un servicio Básico para nuestros Afiliados, para poder obtener estos beneficios se tendrá que realizar una donación voluntaria.
Además el usuario afiliado interesado en el servicio de Auxilio Exprés tiene que realizar la afiliación y renovación del beneficio anual, el cual será para servicio de Monitoreo de Auxilio Exprés.
Formas de Donación:
En www.B-Exper.com queremos hacer tu afiliación más fácil y sencilla para tu mayor satisfacción, es por eso que contamos con diversos métodos para que elijas el que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades:
• Con tarjetas de débito y crédito
• Con Paypal
• Con monedero B-Exper
Las donaciones que se realicen con Paypal, es importante mencionar que B-Exper a través del sitio www.B-Exper.com, guarda y tiene acceso a los datos que proporciona el Afiliado.
Así mismo Paypal administra de forma directa los datos para brindarle una pedido seguro, por lo que al realizar su donación por alguna de estas modalidades el Afiliado acepta los Términos y Condiciones de Uso, Aviso de Privacidad de Paypal, www.B-Exper.com y Auxilio Exprés. La donación realizará con éxito una vez que se refleje el depósito en la cuenta deAuxilio Exprés. El Afiliado acepta cubrir la donación Voluntaria del Servicio y/o Producto Auxilio Exprés solicitado.
Recibos de Donación:
Como parte de los Servicios Auxilio Exprés, ofrece al Afiliado un sistema para la entrega de recibos de donación. Cuando un Afiliado realiza su donación, Auxilio Exprés elabora el recibo correspondiente y lo envía por e-mail. En caso de que exista algún error en el documento expedido por Auxilio Exprés el Afiliado tendrá para notificar dicha modificación 3 días posteriores a la recepción de dicho documento. Si no se realiza dicha notificación, Auxilio Exprés no se hará responsable de ningún error en el recibo, ni de las correcciones realizadas.
Impuestos Auxilio Exprés :
En base al fundamento legal Artículos 27, fracción I, 79, fracciones VI, X, XI, XII, XVII, XIX, XX y XXV, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 86 y 151, fracción III de la Ley del Impuesto sobre la Renta; 36, 37, 38, 126, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135,136, 137, 138, 139, 140 y 141 de su Reglamento; Reglas 3.10.2., 3.10.3., 3.10.4., 3.10.6., 3.10.8., 3.10.10., 3.10.11., 3.10.12., 3.10.13., 3.10.14., 3.10.15., 3.10.16., 3.10.17., 3.10.18., 3.10.19., 3.10.20., 3.10.21., 3.10.22., 3.10.23., 3.10.24., 3.10.25. y 3.10.26. de la Resolución Miscelánea Fiscal para 2017 y sus fichas de trámite 15/ISR, 16/ISR, 17/ISR, 18/ISR, 19/ISR, 20/ISR y 21/ISR del Anexo 1-A. Investigación y Desarrollo Humano Sinesis A.C al momento de recibir el donativo para Auxilio Exprés estará obligado a expedir un Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet (CFDI) libre de impuestos a nuestro asociado , otorgándole la facultad a este último para que lo pueda hacer deducible de impuestos.
Condiciones de Entrega de Alarma:
Las condiciones de entrega e instalación será 30 días posteriores después de haber realizado la donación.
Garantía:
Auxilio Exprés garantiza por un año a partir de la fecha de instalación, el funcionamiento del servicio contra cualquier defecto en los materiales y mano de obra de los empleados para su fabricación. Nuestra garantía incluye la reparación, reposición, o cambio de producto y/o componentes sin cargo alguno para el Afiliado, incluyendo mano de obra, así como los gastos de transportación derivados del cumplimiento.
Para hacer efectiva esta garantía, como requisito el gabinete se tendrá que presentar sellado por el establecimiento que se adquiere Auxilio Exprés, de no contar con este requisito la garantía NO será válida.
Después de transcurrido este año de garantia, cualquier falla o descompostura se tendrá que cotizar y darles monto del precio generando costos adicionales
Auxilio Exprés se compromete a entregar y realizar la instalación en un lapso no mayor de 30 días, contados a partir de confirmar la donación en Auxilio Exprés.
Condiciones de Cancelación
El Afiliado NO puede realizar la cancelación del servicio de Auxilio Exprés hasta después de un año de vigencia, si requiere realizar la cancelación de Auxilio Exprés será al finalizar los 12 meses. En tal caso, NO se regresará y ni se realizará la devolución del monto de la donación realizada.
Ubicación:
El servicio lo opera Auxilio Exprés desde sus oficinas en México. Auxilio Exprés no asegura que la información localizada en el servicio sea apropiada o esté disponible para su uso en otros sitios, ni el acceso al servicio desde territorios donde el contenido del servicio pudiera ser ilegal o prohibido. Quienes tengan acceso al servicio desde otros sitios, lo hacen por su propia iniciativa y son responsables del cumplimiento de las leyes locales aplicables. Todas las reclamaciones relacionadas con la información disponible en el servicio, se regirán por las leyes de la Ciudad de México, Distrito Federal, excluyendo la aplicación de sus conflictos que tenga con las leyes.
Leyes aplicables y jurisdicción:
Para la interpretación, cumplimiento y ejecución del presente Contrato, las partes están de acuerdo en que serán aplicables las leyes Federales de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y competentes los tribunales de la Ciudad de México, Distrito Federal, renunciando expresamente a cualquier otro fuero o jurisdicción que pudiera corresponderles en razón de sus domicilios presentes o futuros.
El Afiliado acepta todos los términos y condiciones de este documento, ninguno de los cuales puede ser cambiado por el Afiliado. La aceptación de cualquier envío por parte del Afiliado es una aceptación de estos términos y condiciones de venta, a pesar de cualquier acto del vendedor incluido el envío o la aceptación de pagos y a pesar de cualquier término o condición que pueda estar contenida en cualquier reconocimiento u otro del comprador.
Al pulsar “Acepto” o firmar a continuación (ya que podría requerir lo por la legislación vigente), el Afiliado reconoce expresamente que ha leído, entendido y tomado las medidas necesarias para sopesar cuidadosamente las consecuencias del presente Contrato, se compromete a cumplir con los términos y las condiciones del presente Contrato es legalmente competente para aceptar términos y condiciones con Auxilio Exprés.

The website, the application and the Services compose an Internet Platform through which Affiliates can obtain information about the Services and/or products provided by Investigación y Desarrollo Humano Sinesis A.C. and book them directly. You accept and agree that Investigación y Desarrollo Humano Sinesis A.C. is not a party to any agreement signed between service providers and Affiliates. Requirements and user account
The main requirement is to have a Smartphone (android or ios) with version 4.1 or later to be able to download the application, which is where Auxilio Exprés is used to send emergency alerts.
Auxilio Exprés connects to a wifi network, and as long as you have wifi internet or your mobile data it will work.
The Service is not available for use by persons under the age of 18. You may not authorize third parties to use your Account, and you may not allow persons under the age of 18 to receive Express Help services. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Account to any other person or entity. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services and may only use the Services for lawful purposes (e.g., not for the transportation of illegal or hazardous materials). In using the Services, you will not cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience or property damage to either the Third Party or any other party. In some cases, you may be required to provide proof of identity for access to or use of the Services, and you agree that you may be denied access to or use of the Services if you refuse to provide proof of identity.
At all times, the Affiliate is solely and ultimately responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account numbers, personal passwords, access codes and confidential numbers with which you have access to the Services and Content of the www.B-Exper.com platform, as well as third party sites.
Proprietary Rights
All logos, trademarks, commercial names used in this site are duly registered or in the process of registration before the MEXICAN INSTITUTE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IMPI). Therefore, the use, reproduction, copy or manipulation of such trademarks or logos is not allowed without the prior consent of the owner.
All the images, formats, contents, wording and texts that are part of the content of this page are property of www.B-Exper.com.
It is forbidden to use the transmission formats, any graphic element of the content, either for sale, distribution or re-publication.
Auxilio Exprés disclaims any responsibility for prices, content and orders placed on websites other than www.B-Exper.com. Auxilio Exprés does not use distributors to sell or offer its services, any transaction made outside these terms is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
All elements and intellectual property rights owned by www.B-Exper.com including trademarks, trade names, licenses, industrial designs, patents, distinctive signs, utility models, among others, are protected by the applicable legislation on intellectual property and by international treaties and applicable laws on copyright. Therefore, the user expressly waives in this act to attempt any action, demand or claim against www.B-Exper.com and Auxilio Exprés for any or eventual violation of any copyright or intellectual property right derived from the information, programs, applications, software, ideas and other material provided by the user.
Scope of Use

This application does not include: resale or commercial use of the services, the contents of the services; the collection or use of prices, descriptions, product listings; any derivative use of the services, content of the services; downloads or copying and contents of these services, for the benefit of another person or entity. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit or exploit for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of www.B-Exper.com. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any logos, trademarks, or other proprietary information (including, but not limited to, images, text, layout, or page formatting) of www.B-Exper.com or its affiliates, vendors, contractors, agents, or content providers without the express written consent of B-Exper. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" when using B-Exper or any of its affiliated names or trademarks without the express written consent of B-Exper. Any unauthorized use or misuse of what is authorized will terminate the limited license granted by B-Exper. In addition, your limited user name and password may be revoked at any time in your sole and absolute discretion.
Likewise, a minimum of 5 neighbors of the same street is required in order to contract Auxilio Exprés. If not all 5 are present, the request will have to be put on hold until the required number is obtained so that the work order and installation can be generated. Likewise, for the installation that is considered within the voluntary donation, the following points must be considered:
The installation must be at a height of no more than 4.00 meters.
The cable included in the installation is 10 meters, if more cable is needed, it will be reviewed to negotiate it.
To have internet in the house where the installation will be done.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Auxilio Exprés disclaims all representations and warranties, express, implied or statutory, not expressly set forth in these terms and conditions, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In addition, Auxilio Exprés makes no representation or warranty regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability or availability of the services or any of the services or goods ordered through the use of the services, or that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Auxilio Exprés does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety or ability of third party providers. You agree that all risk arising from your use of the services and any services or goods ordered in connection therewith shall be solely yours, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Modifications
Auxilio Exprés reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the Service from a particular telephone number or Internet address. www.B-Exper.com may terminate this Agreement or your access to the platform and any Services within, for any reason or no reason.
Quality of Services and Content
Our Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that the www.B-Exper.com Services platform may be down at any time for any reason (e.g., due to scheduled maintenance or network failure). In addition, the Express Help Services platform may be subject to limitations, delays or other problems inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communication, and the www.B-Exper.com Services platform is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures or other damages, liabilities or losses resulting from such problems.
Security
You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your Password and Username, and also for all uses of your Password, Username and all other related charges with or without your authorization. It is an alert tool in case of emergency, use it with responsibility and respect for the peace of mind of those close to you.

Terms of Membership by the Platform
The minimum period of membership is 12 months, counting from the date of installation of Auxilio Exprés.
Any affiliation made to Auxilio Exprés through www.B-Exper.com may be subject to confirmation by the Affiliate to make the voluntary donation. Once the Affiliate completes the affiliation, Auxilio Exprés will verify that it is a 100% reliable transaction and the date and time of delivery and installation will be established.
In case of suspension of the service, for any reason beyond Auxilio Exprés' control, you will have to compensate Auxilio Exprés for verifiable expenses up to 100% of the total cost of the operation.
In the event that Auxilio Exprés is unable to provide the service due to an act of God or force majeure, such as fire, earthquake or other natural or man-made events beyond the control of Auxilio Exprés, there will be no default, so there will be no conventional penalty in such cases, and Auxilio Exprés will only have to reimburse the Affiliate the donation received for the service delivered to him/her.
Additionally, if you access the Services using Applications developed for mobile devices with iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows system, respectively. These third party beneficiaries are not a party to this agreement and are not responsible for the provision or support of the Services in any way. Your access to the Services using these devices is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable third party beneficiary terms of service.
Delivery of Services
This may vary according to delivery location, availability and product features. Coverage is limited according to the geolocation of our Affiliates.
You agree that use of the www.B-Exper.com. site is at your own risk and that the services provided and offered are provided on an "as shown" and "as available" basis. Therefore, the Affiliate is not guaranteed that Auxilio Exprés services will meet the Affiliate's requirements, or that the services will always remain uninterrupted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Auxilio Exprés will try to satisfy the requirements and demands of the Affiliates to the best of its ability.
Any use of the services purchased on our site is the full responsibility of the Affiliate, Auxilio Exprés does not accept any relationship and/or liability arising from the use of the services purchased on our website www.B-Exper.com.
Donation
The Auxilio Exprés Voluntary Donation are available for acceptance by the Affiliate on our Platform www.B-Exper.com and are subject to change. www.B-Exper.com reserves the right to change any of the terms of the Auxilio Exprés Voluntary Donation.
Auxilio Exprés has a Basic service for our Affiliates, in order to obtain these benefits you will have to make a voluntary donation.
In addition, the affiliated user interested in the Auxilio Exprés service must make the affiliation and renewal of the annual benefit, which will be for the Auxilio Exprés Monitoring service.

Donations made with Paypal, it is important to mention that B-Exper through the site www.B-Exper.com, stores and has access to the data provided by the Affiliate.
Likewise Paypal directly manages the data to provide a secure order, so when making your donation by any of these modalities the Affiliate accepts the Terms and Conditions of Use, Paypal Privacy Notice, www.B-Exper.com and Auxilio Exprés.
The donation will be successful once the deposit is reflected in the Auxilio Exprés account.
The Affiliate agrees to cover the Voluntary donation of the requested Auxilio Exprés Service and/or Product.
Donation Receipts
As part of the Auxilio Exprés Services, Auxilio Exprés offers a system for the delivery of donation receipts. When a Member makes a donation, Auxilio Exprés prepares the corresponding receipt and sends it by e-mail. If there is any error in the document issued by Auxilio Exprés, the member will have 3 days after receipt of the document to notify the change. If such notification is not made, Auxilio Exprés will not be responsible for any error in the receipt, nor for the corrections made.
Taxes Auxilio Exprés
Based on the legal basis Articles 27, section I, 79, sections VI, X, XI, XII, XVII, XIX, XX and XXV, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 86 and 151, section III of the Income Tax Law; 36, 37, 38, 126, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135,136, 137, 138, 139, 140 and 141 of its Regulations; Rules 3. 10.2., 3.10.3., 3.10.4., 3.10.6., 3.10.8., 3.10.10., 3.10.11., 3.10.12., 3.10.13., 3.10.14., 3.10.15., 3.10.16., 3.10.17., 3.10.18., 3.10.19., 3.10.20., 3.10.21., 3.10.22., 3.10.23. 3.10.24., 3.10.25. and 3.10.26. of the Miscellaneous Tax Resolution for 2017 and its processing forms 15/ISR, 16/ISR, 17/ISR, 18/ISR, 19/ISR, 20/ISR and 21/ISR of Exhibit 1-A. Investigación y Desarrollo Humano Sinesis A. C at the moment of receiving the donation for Auxilio Exprés will be obliged to issue a tax-free Digital Tax Receipt by Internet (CFDI) to our associate, granting the power to the latter to make it tax-deductible.
Alarm Delivery Conditions
The delivery and installation conditions will be 30 days after the donation has been made.
Warranty
Auxilio Exprés guarantees for one year from the date of installation, the operation of the service against any defect in the materials and workmanship of those used for its manufacture. Our warranty includes the repair, replacement, or exchange of the product and/or components at no charge to the Affiliate, including labor, as well as the transportation expenses derived from the fulfillment.
To make this warranty effective, as a requirement the cabinet will have to be presented sealed by the establishment that purchases Auxilio Exprés, if this requirement is not met the warranty will NOT be valid.
After this year of warranty, any failure or breakdown will have to be quoted and give them the amount of the price generating additional costs.
Auxilio Exprés commits to deliver and perform the installation in a period of no more than 30 days, counted from the date of confirmation of the donation in Auxilio Exprés.
Cancellation Conditions
The Affiliate CANNOT cancel the Auxilio Exprés service until after one year of validity, if the Auxilio Exprés cancellation is required, it will be at the end of the 12 months. In such case, the amount of the donation made will NOT be returned and will not be refunded.
Location
The service is operated by Auxilio Exprés from its offices in Mexico. Auxilio Exprés makes no representation that information located on the service is appropriate or available for use on other sites, nor does Auxilio Exprés make any representation that access to the service from territories where the content of the service may be illegal or prohibited. Those who access the service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. All claims relating to information available on the service shall be governed by the laws of the City of Mexico, Distrito Federal, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction:
For the interpretation, compliance and execution of this Agreement, the parties agree that the Federal laws of the United Mexican States shall be applicable and the courts of Mexico City, Federal District shall have jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
The Affiliate accepts all the terms and conditions of this document, none of which may be changed by the Affiliate. Acceptance of any shipment by you is an acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, notwithstanding any act of the seller including shipment or acceptance of payment and notwithstanding any terms or conditions that may be contained in any acknowledgment or other acknowledgment by the buyer.
