This is my third year at Austin Elementary school. Previously, I have been a 6th grade Math and Reading teacher in Alpharetta. I LOVE to read and help students find books that leave lasting impressions. I also enjoy finding meaningful ways to incorporate technology throughout the learning process. I believe the media center should be the heart and hub of the school, and my hope is that all students to feel welcomed when they enter the library.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education from the University of Georgia and a Master of Education in Library Media and Instructional Technology from the University of West Georgia.
