Work out Wednesday

Every Wednesday we do something called work out Wednesday, you take a pause on what game you were learning and go work out in the Gym or occasionally outside!

There are about 15 stations that you rotate through, such as, push ups, spelling your name with your feet, superman, mountain climbers, and many more. At the beginning we will do our daily stretches and then go to a station, they will play fun music when we are working out and we would have to do the stretches for about a minute in each station.

I liked this because it was fun to just push my self harder and find more actives I like!
