Flashlight Reading

Turn of the lights and get your book! Every Friday before lunch we always read book for 30 minutes, but the fun thing about it is that we get to read in complete dark, all the light are of and curtains are closed. But you might be wondering why it is called flashlight reading, well you can't read in darkness unless you have a little light, so you bring a flashlight to read your book! At the end we get to post a picture of the book we have read and they say something we noticed and noted.

Some of my favorite books that I've read during flashlight reading are Bad Princess, Dirt, and A Dogs Purpose. What I like about these books are that they are very enjoyable.

Near the ending Mrs. Zaccheo also let us do flashlight writing, so basically instead of just reading you can also write in the dark. But something that made that even more fun is how you could collaborate with other people on your story!
