In this episode, Paula speaks with Christine Comaford from Mill Valley, California. Christine has been living Attitudinal Healing since 1998, after a chance meeting with Jerry and Diane Jampolsky that changed the course of her life.
Christine shares what Attitudinal Healing means to her, how she applies the 12 Principles in everyday life, and why choosing love, forgiveness, and compassion is at the heart of her work. She explains the importance of belonging, safety, mattering, living through the “lens of love,” and how Attitudinal Healing can support individuals, workplaces, and communities.
