“What will it take right now, to experience inner peace?”
The Group Guidelines serve as the foundation for an Attitudinal Healing support group. They are shared agreements that help create a safe, respectful, and trusting space—encouraging honest self-reflection, authentic expression, and meaningful connection.

The Principles of Attitudinal Healing are at the heart of the AH Peer Support Model. Rooted in universal values found across many cultural and spiritual traditions, these Principles offer a foundation for healing that resonates with people from all walks of life. They are applied in ways that honour each person's unique background and lived experience.
The Principles serve to guide us —by focussing on one, it can help us reduce inner conflict, strengthen our connection to our own inner wisdom, and cultivate a deeper sense of peace.
