How to Report an Absence:
Please contact our attendance desk by using the one of the two options below.
GOOGLE FORM (Preferred)
Parent/Guardian can fill out the Google Attendance Form Report FULL DAY Absences. This form is accessible only to the parent/guardian email addresses reflected in PowerSchool.
If your Student is going to be late you can fill our the Google Form to Report LATE ARRIVAL to School

If you do not gave a registered Gmail account that matches PowerSchool, please email uchs-attendance@sandi.net or call 619-605-2800 - option 2 for Attendance.
Absences for serious illness that result in multiple days missed will require a doctor's note clearing students to return to class.
