The Law Enforcement Division is the backbone of the Blaine County Sheriff's Office, tasked with maintaining peace and order across 55 square miles of Blaine County and Los Santos County. Serving a population of more than 3.5 million residents, this division plays a vital role in ensuring public safety by responding to calls for service, preventing crime, apprehending offenders, enforcing state laws, investigating accidents, and engaging with the community to build trust and cooperation.
In addition to patrol duties, the Law Enforcement Division is responsible for conducting criminal investigations, working diligently to solve cases through witness interviews, suspect interrogations, evidence collection, and tracking stolen property or vehicles involved in crimes. Whether handling routine incidents or complex cases, deputies and investigators are committed to upholding justice and bringing criminals to account.
To effectively respond to emergencies in any environment, the division operates a fleet of specialized equipment, including helicopters for aerial support and marine vessels for waterborne operations.
