The Law Enforcement Division of the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office is dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our community through vigilant patrol, specialized operations, and thorough investigations. Deputies work around the clock to respond to emergencies, enforce laws, and uphold public safety.
This division also includes specialized teams that enhance our ability to serve and protect. From highly trained canine teams assisting in patrol operations to aviation and marine units providing critical support in specialized environments, these resources allow us to operate effectively. Our investigators work diligently to solve crimes, gather evidence, and bring justice to those affected.

The Criminal Justice Division of the Blaine County Sheriff's Office helps maintain order in the county's justice system. Overseeing the secure operation of detention facilities, this division is responsible for the operation of Bolingbroke Penitentiary, a 400-bed correctional facility in Grand Senora Desert, as well as additional temporary housing facilities located at each Sheriff's Office station.
This division is also responsible for supporting the courts and carrying out legal processes. This division upholds the integrity of the justice system by providing court security, serving as bailiffs, and ensuring the proper delivery of court orders as well as being responsible for the execution of arrest and search warrants in Blaine County.
