COMPETITIVE PAY.

The Blaine County Sheriff's Office's starting salary for non-certified recruits is $150/hour with incremental pay increases based on rank. New employees are eligible for a hiring bonus after two weeks of qualified service. Additionally, currently certified officers can be allocated a relocation stipend.

Employees of the Blaine County Sheriff's Office can take advantage of a lucrative retirement plan with up to $100,000 in lump sum payments upon retirement after 6 months of service.
