Join us for a monthly Mat Pilates class in the cozy, welcoming setting of The Kuper Wine Bar.
Led by one of ADAPT’s highly certified instructors, this class blends Pilates principles with functional movement for a workout that builds strength, enhances mobility, and leaves you feeling your best.

ADAPT Training & Pilates is a woman-owned Pilates studio and private physical therapy practice based in Longmont. We specialize in movement for life—empowering individuals of all ages and abilities to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.

All levels welcome. Just bring a mat and a good attitude.

Your $25 admission includes:
• One-hour Mat Pilates class
• A complimentary glass of wine served by The Kuper staff immediately following class

After class, stay and enjoy The Kuper’s warm hospitality, curated global wine list, and delicious small plates. It’s the perfect way to connect with others and ease into your weekend—our favorite pairings include the Nibbles Trio and charcuterie boards.
