Important Announcement: Closing Our Main Street Studio
After much thought, we’re announcing that our Main Street studio will be closing its doors on March 29th. This is your last chance to take mat Pilates classes at this location before we retire it.
But don’t worry, we’re not going anywhere! We’ll continue offering Pilates Reformer private sessions and duets, along with personal training, physical therapy, and functional dry needling at our new location at 936 Kimbark Street—just 6 blocks away!
We’ll also keep the Pilates community spirit alive with weekly mat Pilates classes at The Kuper Wine Bar and Fit Chick Express, along with special events like The Embody Wellness Expo on Saturday, April 19th.

Matt Pilates Mat Class
