Petey Reilly (POKE-SPIDER)

☆   Petey a long time ago (about 3 years) was caught by May Reilly out in the South Province of Paldea and became her pokemon partner for the remainder of her career as a pokemon trainer. Once she retired Petey was passed down to May's nephew Ben who took great care of him, over time Petey became incredibly loyal to Ben and wanted to protect him with his life. Petey might've been small but he was far from incapable of defending himself/his family, so even before Ben was allowed to set off on his own journey across Paldea, Petey was still training to become the best pokemon partner Naranja academy has ever seen. 

Eventually Petey had gotten to the point where the pokemon battles weren't enough though, he started to have a desire to do more out in the world than just be another Naranja student's pokemon partner. He grew weary, having to repeat the same routines over and over again, so he started to seeking out more dangerous adventures while his trainer was busy in order to challenge himself more. Potentially preparing for what might lie ahead for the little tarountula and his human.
