Garrison Longo (HEPHAESTUS)

☆   Garrison Longo was a mutant born to Lou and Geraldine Longo, being the first mutant in the family to be born with a metal-based mutation. At first his mutation was only visible in his hands however over time Garrison's mutation began to spread to his arms, neck, chest, jaw, upper back and legs. Making him permanently indestructible in those areas of his body. 

Despite his mutation however Garrison’s parents loved and cared for him the best they could with what resources they had on hand. Raising Garrison up to be a kind, loving person despite the world he grew up in thinking he was a monster for being genetically different in comparison to everyone else. He seeks to do good wherever possible for the sake of the people around him, and despite all the hatred, the violence, the prejudice, Garrison still finds reasons to carry on and help those who may not want his help because of what he was born as. 

He hopes to instill that confidence into the next generation so they won’t react with fear when dealing with certain precarious scenarios. Still praying that he will live to see the day that human and mutant-kind will be able to coexist peacefully without any petty infighting or someone trying to disturb the peace and ruin it for everyone.
