MY HISTORY AND BACKGROUND

As the founder and independent consultant of All Things In Common, LLC, I provide consulting services to employers in need of improving their efforts regarding the employee lifecycle within people operations. I have over 20 years of experience in HR, management, operations, recruitment, coaching, and training with a focus on directing HR administration, policies, and procedures across all areas of supported functions to meet compliance requirements.

My experience stems from working in a variety of industries ranging from construction to healthcare.

I am a proud member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO), The Association for Talent Development (ATD), a certified Everything DiSC Practitioner, and I hold a certificate in e-Learning Design.

I am often asked why I enjoy being in HR or what continues to keep me engaged in this field. The thing I love most about Human Resources (i.e. People Operations) is the opportunity to encourage and support others.

I am passionate about coaching everyone from leaders to small business owners, aiming to move them to reach their fullest potential or help them grow beyond their anticipated benchmark.
