Raider Battalion 

Our Mission: To Motivate Young People to be Better Citizens

The Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps, of Atholton High School, focuses on improving human behavior and communication skills with a combination of formal instruction, practical skill training, and hands-on leadership opportunities. The program is designed so that learning progresses as cadets develop at each LET level.

4th Brigade North Regional Champions:

Raider Battalion places 1st in Bullseye competition and 1st and 2nd in 3d competition at 4th Brigade Archery Tournament

4th Brigade Drill Regionals:

Raider Battalion places 3rd in Armed Regulation and Armed Inspection at 4th Brigade Regional Drill Competition

RAIDER BATTALION HAS BEEN INVITED TO THE FOLLOWING JROTC NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS:

Archery Bullseye/3D Team, May 9th-10th, Louisville Kentucky

JLAB Academic Team, June 16th-20th, American University

Raider battalion has been invited to the following 4th brigade regionals: 

Raider Co-Ed Division, April 19th-20th, Pocahontas National Park VA
