Exhibition Day

We set our aims,

We planned our game,

We worked as a team,

We shared a dream,

We are Athletic Arrows!

Our day began with our own version of the Maori Haka called 'Haath Pair ka Jaadoo' written and choreographed by members of Athletic Arrows.  

By singing in a variety of languages and dancing together energetically, we expressed our culture, our feelings of excitement and competitiveness; our values of teamwork and loyalty and our physical strength and skills.

We huddled together in our teams: Inter-fire and Inter-ice.  We shouted our chant at the top of our voices to express our determination and confidence.

At last, we were able to showcase our game, Interball.

After an exciting match which ended in a draw 5 - 5,  we invited our parents to join us in a game of basketball and kho kho.

We were delighted to display the results of our inquiry. Our guests enjoyed listening to our presentations and viewing our research on display panels created by our group.
