The Republic of Athabasca functions as a unitary semi-presidential republic with a Marxist-Leninist system of socialist government, guided by the principles of Sovereigntism. As defined by the Constitution, all Athabascan Legislative, Executive, and Judicial Authority is derived from the democratic will of the sovereign citizens of Athabasca.
The Government of Athabasca is comprised of elected representatives from the Federal, Administrative, and Municipal levels of government across the territory of Athabasca.
