A rather common usage of holograms within the Chrome Skulls is to use it for masking identities. Particularly popular within the Cybres clique, the HOLOMASK is perfect for hiding your identity while also adding style. The hologram is emitted from a low-profile headset and offers undisturbed clear vision from behind the scrambled hologram. It is also one of the few publicly sold items that has no restrictions to whom it is sold.
Conceals the wearers face
Allows clear vision from behind the mask, acting like a toggleable one-way mirror

LR+ (Free Use)
An handy creation which takes heavy inspiration from its NEU produced counterpart. The magnetic pistol holster is revolutionary in the wayside of Chrome Skulls tech, and sports several advanced features. For one, it utilizes a biometric scanner to recognize who is grasping the weapon. It additionally sports a unique system where it can only be operated if the user tugs twice from the above. If an assailant attempts to grab it from the side, it cannot be easily grasped unless they put considerable force into it. (D20 roll)

When it comes to ‘thieves honor’ the least honorable tool in any thieves arsenal would absolutely have to be the ‘JURY-RIGGED "PENNYPINCHER" GLOVES.’ A big bulky mass of electromagnets, wiring components, and gyrostabilizers stuffed into the comfort of a nice, comfortable, yet not-so breathable pair of leather gloves. The tool allows for its user to retrieve items with heavily metal components that they couldn’t usually acquire when out of arm’s reach. Useful for practical purposes, and even more useful for pickpocketing unsuspecting unaffiliates, as well as performing high-risk heist jobs where valuable items are just out of grabbing-distance. Items are retrieved via a pulling motion, though you’ll have to get used to catching them before they fall to the ground.
Ability to retrieve metal object that are out of arms reach
Incredibly useful thievery tool
No prosthetics can be worn on the hand the glove is on
Sweaty hands, yuck
Using magnet-based weaponry (i.e, gauss guns, railguns) will rip your hands off (PTC required)

1LR+ (TORRENTORS ONLY)
The staple of the Torrentor's arsenal of IEPDs, the "B00GIE-BOM3-V6", or "Boogie-Bomb" operates by the press of a button, following such it will emit ear piercing, extremely bit-crushed music; typically techno and synth-metal; and piercing noises. Paired alongside it, it will emit bright lights and strobes to stun and disorient the targets around it. Hence the name, "Boogie-Bomb". Though the Boogie Bomb is only one of many, the IEPDS are a useful tool fielded by many-a Torrentor, and on rare occasions even techies and sometimes Hyenas. They are perfect for self-defense, acting as a great non-lethal alternatives to regular grenades.
Temporary disables all technology the Boogie Bomb arcs to within a 12 foot radius
Will affect the torrenter, or fellow allies, within the range of the Boogie Bomb
LR+ (Free Use [CHESTPLATE])
1LR+ (BULWARKS ONLY [FULL SET])
An easily produced, reliable and highly-accessible localized body armor developed by some Bulwarks.. Grit-plate is the Chromeskulls equivalent to riot, or FLAK armor. It’s comparable to the Coalition strikebreakers kit, and traditional riot armor that the USRF Green Rifles utilizes. It is flimsy and brittle, offering no more ballistic protection than a low quality FLAK vest. Its primary use is against blunt and stab attacks.
LRs can use one pair of Gritplate (2 pieces max or 1 chestplate.)
Bulwarks can use a full set (chestplate and both pairs of limb armor.)
Protection equivalent to a FLAK vest
Easily replaceable
Doesn't take up an Off The Shelf slot
LRs cannot use a full set. They can use either the chestpiece, or a pair of arms/legs
1LRs (Bulwarks) can use a full set
Weak and not very durable
HR+ (Free Use [FULL SET])
MR+ (Free Use [CHESTPLATE])
SR+ (Free Use [ONE PAIR OF LIMB ARMOR(S)])
Unlike its cheaply produced counterpart, Rattleamor is a rugged and bulky albeit refined and “modern” piece of tech implemented by the gang. It can withstand three-to-four 7.62mm FMJ rounds to the upper chest, and two-to-three .44 magnum rounds to the lower torso and all limb pieces. Due to its high cost of production and scarcity it’s often only seen amongst the higher echelons of the gang.
HR+ can freely use a full set of Rattlearmor due to their high standings in the gang.
MR+ can use either two pairs of limb armor (4 total) or a chestplate.
SR+ can use one pair of limb armor (2 pieces total.)
Ballistic protection akin to MBAS
+2 buff to protection rolls

15% Chance to spall (roll <5)
-1 debuff to dodging and sneaking rolls
-3 debuff to dodging and sneaking rolls if wearing more than the chestplate / two limb pieces
MR+ (Free Use)
Occasionally handed out to lower-ranking members for performing particularly well, when turned in, the recipient can choose to receive an item typically restricted to SRs. Crude, hastily written, and signed by the staff member, these are often sought after, due to the lower rank’s desire for increased firepower.
Allows the user to trade in the IOU for one SR locked item.

HR+ (Free Use)
A slightly more formal version of the IOU, these are rarely handed out, but allow the recipient to choose an item usually locked to MRs. Written on actual paper this time, and signed by the staff member, these are a commodity. Sometimes lower ranking members will hold onto them to use as bartering tokens or currency.
Allows the user to trade in the form for one MR locked item.

CR+ (Free Use)
A USB containing all of the necessary certifications, specifications and details very rarely given. Possessing one of these USB certifications allows the recipient to request one item that is usually locked to HRs. The digital nature of the allowance certificate makes faking one nigh impossible.
Allows the user to trade in the USB for one HR locked item.

CR+ (LEADER APPROVAL)
The rarest of the rare, the DPR is a way for a user to get a custom prosthetic installed and designed by one of the numerous high ranking Cutters in the Chromeskulls.
