An enigmatic corporation hailing from the far reaches of the Northeastern Union. RELISTAR is a clandestine operation which operates behind closed doors, orchestrating mass military testing in towns operating within the lawless wasteland outside of the states.

Labeled as a zealous cult by Chromeskulls leadership, Sigil Carne is an impressive group of flesh purists utilizing fierce guerilla tactics in urban settings. Urban myth event dictates that the wield the abilities to capture and tame eldritch, albeit this has never been witnessed or confirmed... yet. A Carne has never been successfully captured.
The war with Sigil Carne offically ended with the Coup of Karson Fuse Blinds due to the increased stagnation and indirection of war-front.
⚔ COLD
A rivalry stemming from the formation of the Chromeskulls, the Bloodhounds operate in the shadow and perpurate a ongoing turf war with the Chromeskulls over Sunrise City acting as there primary rival gang. The Bloodhounds only recently have seen new activity in the summer of 2164, as the Chromeskulls where distracted with the Sigil Carne war.
