TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AstroSanchar — Terms and Conditions Effective Date:  jun 7, 2026.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AstroSanchar iOS and Android application (the "App") operated by AstroSanchar ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account and Profile

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when setting up your profile (including birth details, life focus, and language preferences) and for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your device and the App. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Attempt to interfere with the App's security, integrity, or performance.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the App.

• Use the App to transmit harmful, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

• Attempt to circumvent the credits system or manipulate in-app purchase flows.

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the App.

4. AI Guidance Disclaimer

AstroSanchar provides AI-generated content — including astrological insights, kundli readings, compatibility analysis, and chat guidance — for informational and entertainment purposes only. This content is not professional advice and must not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional decision. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

AI responses are generated using third-party artificial intelligence providers, including OpenAI and other AI service providers used by AstroSanchar.

5. Credits and In-App Purchases

The App uses a credits system to access certain features. Credits may be purchased through:

• Apple In-App Purchases (iOS) — subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

• Google Play Billing (Android) — subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

Purchases are managed via RevenueCat, which tracks transaction status, subscription renewals, and credits entitlement across platforms.

Except where required by applicable law:

• All credits purchases are non-refundable.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

• If you uninstall the App, any remaining credits are permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered. Uninstalling does not constitute a request for a refund or data deletion.

• Subscription renewals will be charged to your Apple or Google account at the price confirmed at purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

6. Advertising and Attribution

We use Meta/Facebook App Events and other marketing analytics tools to measure app install campaigns and in-app conversion events. By using the App, you acknowledge that certain usage events (such as installs, purchases, and registrations) may be shared with advertising platforms for measurement purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may limit ad tracking in your device settings (see Privacy Policy, Section 4).

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the App (including chat messages and images). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the App. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services to deliver its features, including:

• Firebase (Google): analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration.

• Meta/Facebook App Events: advertising attribution and marketing analytics.

• RevenueCat: cross-platform subscription and credits management.

• Apple App Store / Google Play Billing: in-app purchases and subscription processing.

• OpenAI: AI-generated chat responses and personalised content.

Your use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the App, our users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and any remaining credits are forfeited. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the App; (b) any AI-generated content you rely upon; (c) unauthorised access to or alteration of your data; or (d) any third-party services integrated with the App.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We will notify you of material changes where required by applicable law.

14. Weekly Unlimited Subscription

AstroSanchar may offer automatically renewing subscription plans, including a Weekly Unlimited subscription. Subscription prices, billing periods, and included benefits are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before the next billing date.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and applicable legal requirements.

Subscription benefits may be modified, suspended, or discontinued where necessary for operational, security, legal, or technical reasons.

15. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer

AstroSanchar is not a medical, mental-health, psychological, or healthcare service. Any health, sleep, stress, wellbeing, or lifestyle-related information provided through the App is intended solely for personal reflection, entertainment, or spiritual guidance purposes and should not be relied upon for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or management of any medical or mental-health condition.

Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical, psychological, or mental-health concerns.
