PRIVACY POLICY

AstroSanchar — Privacy Policy Effective Date: jun 7, 2026.

AstroSanchar ("we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-powered Life Guide app available on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices regarding your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

AstroSanchar may collect a user’s name, gender, date of birth, time of birth, birth place, birth-place coordinates, preferred language, life-focus category, astrological profile information and onboarding questionnaire answers. Questionnaire answers may include health, sleep, stress and mental-wellbeing information.

When users use AI chat, Kundli, daily guidance or compatibility features, we process chat messages, recent conversation context, guide selections, partner name and partner place information.

We collect app interactions, screens viewed, feature usage, advertising interactions, rewarded-ad completion, subscription status, purchase history, crash logs and diagnostic information.

Advertising and analytics providers may process IP-derived approximate location, advertising identifiers, app-set identifiers, device identifiers and app interaction information. AstroSanchar does not request the device’s precise GPS location.

Payment card and bank details are processed by Google Play and are not received or stored directly by AstroSanchar.

1.1 Information You Provide

• Profile details: name, date and time of birth, birth city (including geographic coordinates), life focus areas, and preferred language.

• App content: chat messages, session feedback, and images you attach (up to 2 per message).

• Support communications: messages you send to our support team.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage and diagnostics: app interaction events, screen views, feature usage patterns, performance metrics, and crash logs collected via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.

• Advertising and attribution data: device advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), install source, campaign identifiers, and conversion events collected via Meta/Facebook App Events and other ad attribution and marketing analytics services, for the purpose of measuring ad campaign performance.

• Device information: device type, operating system version, app version, and language settings.

• Purchase and credits data: transaction metadata, product identifiers, subscription status, credits balance, and purchase timestamps from Apple In-App Purchases, Google Play Billing, and our purchase management provider (RevenueCat). We do not collect or store full payment card details.

• Notification data: device push token and notification delivery status for alerts you opt into.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, personalise, and improve app features including onboarding, daily rituals, AI chat guidance, kundli, and compatibility insights.

• Power and manage the credits system and in-app purchases across iOS (Apple) and Android (Google Play Billing), processed via RevenueCat.

• Maintain conversation history and daily content caching.

• Analyse app performance and reliability using Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.

• Measure advertising campaign effectiveness and attribute installs or conversions using Meta/Facebook App Events and marketing analytics services.

• Track purchase events and credits usage for billing accuracy and fraud prevention.

• Communicate with you about support requests and important service updates.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the App. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and is limited to performing services on our behalf.

3.1 Service Providers We Use

We use the following service providers:

• Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config

• Google AdMob for native, interstitial, app-open and rewarded advertisements

• Meta App Events for advertising attribution and campaign measurement

• Google Play Billing and RevenueCat for purchases and subscription management

• Cloudflare Workers for secure API routing

• OpenAI and NVIDIA AI services for generating chat, Kundli and compatibility responses

• Firebase Hosting for public app resources and legal pages

Information is provided only as necessary to operate, secure, analyse, advertise and improve the service, subject to each provider’s terms and privacy practices.

3.2 Legal Disclosures

AstroSanchar uses artificial intelligence to generate astrology and spiritual-guidance content. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate and should not be treated as verified facts.

AstroSanchar does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial or emergency advice. Health-related questionnaire answers are used only to personalise spiritual or entertainment guidance. Users should consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

4. Advertising and Ad Attribution

We use Meta/Facebook App Events and similar marketing analytics tools to understand how users discover and install AstroSanchar, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This may involve sharing certain device identifiers and in-app events (such as app installs, purchases, and registrations) with advertising platforms.

You can limit ad tracking:

• iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track."

• Android: Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads, and opt out of ads personalisation or reset your Advertising ID.

Limiting ad tracking does not affect your ability to use the App, but may reduce the relevance of any ads you see for AstroSanchar on other platforms.

5. Your Choices

• Edit profile: update your profile information at any time in the Profile tab.

• Notifications: disable push notifications in iOS or Android Settings.

• Ad tracking: limit ad attribution as described in Section 4.

• Data deletion: request deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 9). Note: uninstalling the App does not constitute a data deletion request, and any remaining credits cannot be recovered after uninstalling.

6. Credits and Purchases

The App uses a credits system. Credits may be purchased through Apple In-App Purchases (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android), and are managed via RevenueCat. Purchase and credits events (including top-ups, usage, and balances) are tracked for billing accuracy and fraud prevention. Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable. Uninstalling the App does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

AstroSanchar is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with applicable data protection laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this document indicates the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

12. retention and deletion

Local profile and conversation information remains on the device until it is deleted, app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Analytics, advertising, crash, transaction and AI-service information may be retained according to operational, legal, security and provider requirements.
