Data Deletion

AstroSanchar Data Deletion Request

AstroSanchar does not require users to create an account. Users may request deletion of personal profile information, chat information, onboarding answers and associated service data by emailing support@astrosanchar.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request."

Please include your device installation identifier or relevant Google Play transaction ID where available so we can locate the associated data.

Local app data can also be removed by clearing AstroSanchar's app storage or uninstalling the app.

We will process verified requests within 30 days, except where information must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or payment-dispute purposes.
