ASTRONOMY 101

Present materials for playing basic role-playing games for an introductory astronomy course. Developed at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.

Games are meant to be played in order (though they can be played individually as well) and are thus scaffolded to a typical single semester astronomy course. It is loosely based around the pedagogy of RTTP (Reacting to the Past). These "games" resemble the "short format" games that are designed for preparation and play over 1-2 class-periods. All games make use of online materials and utilize Googles Suite of resources (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Slides). Quesitons and comments should be directed to ebubar@gmail.com.
