Rules and Terms Of Service

1. Age Requirement

• All Asorium community members must be 18 or older.

• If you are found to be under 18 or created an joined Asoriun discord while under 18, your account will be banned and your Asorium species characters voided.

• Transferring characters to anyone under 18 will result in disciplinary action for both parties.

•  Underage users must not be involved in any Asorium content, including commissions or character designs.

1. Community Conduct

Asorium does not allow discrimination of any kind, including homophobia, transphobia, racism, or sexism. Harmful political views and hate speech will result in immediate termination without warning.

Swearing is allowed, but not at other users, and slurs are banned. Harassment, bullying, callouts, and forming groups to criticize others are prohibited.

Report user concerns through Submit Report and staff concerns anonymously via the Feedback form.

By using this site and participating in the community, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply when accessing the Asorium website, purchasing Asorium characters or goods, or engaging with official Asorium community spaces. The staff reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Website Content

This service is only available to users aged 18 and older. By using this website or community, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Asorium website and its adjacent spaces may contain the following:

• Strong or vulgar language

• Sexually suggestive or explicit content

• References to alcohol and drug use

• Simulated gambling with virtual currency

• Mild blood and violence

Asorium strives to provide a space safe from real world issues, hate, and traumatic content, and is not the place for serious exploration of dark or heavy themes (Story revolves around these topics must have content warning).  It not recommended for those who are sensitive to any of the above listed content.

The Asorium community strictly prohibits content involving fetishes, including but not limited to the sexualization of feral animals or minors. Such content is not allowed in any form across the platform, and violations will result in immediate action, including potential account suspension or banning.

The staff does not monitor individual discord users and is not responsible for user-submitted content that is unlawful or violates our Terms of Service. Unlawful or ToS-violating content should be reported to staff and may be removed, with disciplinary action taken against the responsible user.

The staff has not reviewed all links on Asorium site and is not responsible for third-party website content. Content on Asorium site may be modified or deleted at any time without notice.

User Content

• By submitting content to the Asorium Discord channels, users grant Asorium species characters the right to host, modify, and redistribute their work digitally. Asorium will never profit from user-submitted content unless specified in special terms. Users retain ownership of their submissions.

• If a user closes their account or is banned, Asorium retains the right to use or display any content submitted during their membership. By submitting content, users confirm they have permission to use it and that it does not infringe on third-party rights. Submitting stolen or plagiarized content may result in disciplinary action.

• Asorium is not liable for stolen or plagiarized content. If your content has been stolen or plagiarized on our Discord or website, please contact staff. AI-generated artwork and writing are not permitted.

• User-created Asorium species characters must not be derivative of characters from other intellectual properties (IP). No character can resemble a copyrighted character, and no copyrighted symbols may be used.

 Sensitive Content Guidelines

Allowed without content warnings:

• Sexually suggestive content

• Alcohol consumption

• Light blood and violence

• Foul language

Allowed in NSFW channels with content warnings:

• Sexually explicit content

• Drug use

• Heavier blood and violence

• Kink-related content (e.g., BDSM)

Prohibited content (will result in disciplinary action):

• Sexual content involving rape or sexual assault

• References to pedophilia, bestiality, or incest (including "lolicon/shotacon," "ageplay," "DDLG," or feral-form creatures of Asorium)

• Content involving bodily waste

• Fetish-related content

• Gore and body horror

• Self-harm or suicide

Kink vs. Fetish:

• Kinks are consensual acts between adults (e.g., bondage, masochism, exhibitionism) and are allowed if properly tagged and compliant with other rules.

• Fetishes involve paraphilias focused on specific characteristics (e.g., fat fetishism, racial fetishism) or fantastical concepts (e.g., vore, inflation) and are not allowed.

If you encounter content that violates these rules, please report it to staff. Official Asorium characters in prohibited content cannot be posted publicly if linked to Asorium.

Owning a Asorium Species

Owning an Asorium species character gives you partial rights to the character’s design, but not full ownership of the Asorium species itself. You do not hold full rights to any Asorium species design.

Asorium staff will not revoke your ownership of a character unless you are found to be under 18 or if you charge back an official artist from whom you purchased the design. In such cases, the character will be revoked without compensation.

If you are banned from the Asorium community, your Asorium species designs will be voided and can no longer be used in the community. However, you will retain personal use rights outside of Asorium. Banned users cannot obtain new, unvoided Asorium species characters, especially closed species.

You may request to void a character you created or currently own. You cannot void a character you did not create or do not own without proof.

Rights for Owning an Official, Unvoided Asorium Species Character:

• You can trade, sell, gift, or transfer the character within the Asorium Discord. If transferring outside of Discord, the recipient must join the community first.

• You can use or display the character artwork, with credit to the artist.

• You can use the character in Asorium community spaces, including giving them a name, backstory, and creating or commissioning art, as long as all content complies with the ToS and all involved are 18+.

• You can use the character for personal purposes outside of Asorium community spaces. However, publicly breaking Asorium’s ToS may lead to disciplinary action.

• You can create unofficial alternate designs based on the character. All derivatives remain part of the original and cannot be transferred separately.

By Owning an Asorium Species Character, You Agree That:

• You cannot transfer Asorium species characters with NSFW art or writing to users under 18+.

• You cannot create copies or derivatives to transfer separately from the original design.

• Asorium species designs cannot be used commercially, including for merchandise.

• Asorium species designs cannot be used in any way that is harmful, offensive, or unlawful.
