With my diet I am currently following the Slimming World Meal Plan
For those that don't know, Slimming World is a healthy eating organisation in the UK which arranges group sessions, recipes and more for people wanting to lose or maintain their weight without counting calories
Slimming world works as there are a couple different food groups:
Free food - These foods you can eat in unlimited quantities
Healthy Extras - There are 3 types of healthy extra that are measured including:
Calcium foods
Fibre foods
Healthy Fats foods
SWIPs (Slimming world individual picks) - these are the rest of foods that don't fall under Free or healthy extra that are limited in quantity and individual to the person's choice
As a person, I am not a great cook and I like very simple and quick recipes. Please find below some recipes I have gathered from Slimming World Magazines or the internet for very easy slimming world friendly foods
Due to my medication it has made me feel hungrier than what I would be normally without it and so have put on weight
One of the supplements that has helped me to satiate my hunger is Glucomannan Fibre
Another supplement which I haven't tried yet but am going to help with my digestion is Psyllium Husk
