Fitting in exercise around full time work is difficult, but necessary for keeping your body strong and healthy 💪.
This is my routine which I plan to complete either in the morning before work, or every night straight after work, and also my weekend routine.
⚠️ As a disclaimer, these are my goals, meaning I may not always get round to it, but it is what I aspire to do⚠️
Weekdays
At least 15 minutes walking/running - either walk around the village, to the shops, or on my treadmill
5 minutes twisting on twist board
5 minutes stepping on step machine

Weekends
Saturday park run - 5km run
For those that don't know about Parkrun - it is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate and takes place every Saturday morning at local parks around the world. Visit the Parkrun website to find out more

I like to follow 7 minute workouts using apps on my mobile as they are really easy to follow, simple, and short enough to ensure you have time and do the exercises.
