🫧My skin is naturally acne prone, quite sensitive and quite oily🫧
These are some tips I have found for working with my skin
I use an oil on my facial skin first which helps to bring moisture to my face. I suprisingly just use sunflower oil as it's easy to find, cheap and non-comedogenic (not likely to clog pores).
My favourite face wash to use is Cetaphil as it is super gentle and silky on the skin, and not stripping at all, but clears away all the build-up
My favourite moisturiser is also Cetaphil - I use the moisturising lotion day and night, but in the day I also add the SPF cream, to help prevent wrinkles - my top tip for moisturisers is to apply with a slight dampness of water so it locks in the moisture to your skin
My acne treatment of choice is Epiduo which is a combination of Adapelene (a topical retinoid) and Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5%. I apply this after my moisturisers so it is not as drying on the skin
For my body I use Nip and Fab glycolic cleaning pads as well as Epiduo treatment as I get back acne and chest acne also and find that glycolic acid works great on my body skin
