Personal Testimony

A personal testimony is critical in communicating the good news of Jesus Christ. My personal testimony is a journey starting in my youth. Like most, there are struggles, challenges, poor decisions, and ultimately an emptiness...leaving a "God-sized" hole in my heart. I tried to fill the whole with many worldly enticements. Ultimately, I bent my knee to God and made the decision to claim Him as Lord and Savior in my life.

Since the turning point, I've continued my journey, but on a much different trajectory. God has re-shaped my heart to be complete, to be whole, to be satisfied, and to be content...in Him.

The good work God has started in my life is not yet complete, and I'm not home yet. However, understanding my testimony and where I am coming from helps shape how I engage with those around me.

I am so grateful "God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, and whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." Let my personal testimony speak encouragement into your heart and challenge you to respond to the calling God has for you.

In my personal testimony, you will be exposed to tough experiences of my legalism, my addiction, and my redemption in Jesus.
